Main Features of EPS Full-automatic EPS shape molding machine line
1. Electric control system
The machine adopts advanced PLC control system from Japanese OMRON and combined with DETAL Touch Screen from Taiwan. The machine can change work process according to different model by touch the different select function key designed on the touch screen . the electric spare parts are from famous brands home and abroad with low fault and reliable work.
2. Travel Control System
Adopt Rotary Encoder from Japanese OMRON combined with the PLC to test the position of the moving model. The travel distance set by Touch Screen to assure the correct position.
3. Water-cooling and Pneumatic Control System
The SS electromagnetic valve and angle valve are all from aboard , with low fault and flexible and reliable work ,to improve operation performance of the whole machine.
4. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system are from Sino-Japanese joint venture , adopt differential controlling technology to ensure the orderly and stably removing model , shorten the time of open and close model.
5. Vacuum System
Large vacuum reservoir and condenser combined with the vacuum pump to increase Vacuum Degree , to ensure to increase the shaping speed ,shorten the filling time , decrease the time for cooling , and decrease the water content of the finished products.
